I reached out to Brenda to help with the planning of our first trip to St. Martin. She asked me some questions about the type of activities my husband and I like to do while vacationing. She then sent me several different excursions to review and choose from. We had so much fun on the tour of the island and also chose a sunset cruise which served appetizers and free drinks. Having Brenda's help and guidance made planning so much easier. We had such a great trip. I will definitely use her services in the future.

We changed our destination 3 times while working with Brenda. With each spot we picked she got right to work on it. She presented us with flight and rental car information, along with different housing options. After getting to know us a little better, Brenda even checked out a variety of activities in the area that would suit us. (Elderly 👍🏻) Communicating was easy and our trip went off without a hitch! Since I had such a great experience with Brenda on my last trip (for Disneyland), I had to use her again for the biggest vacation I've ever done. My sister and I went on a Viking River Cruise, the Grand European Tour.
We decided to do the add-on pre-trip and after trip of the cruise. It began in Amsterdam and ended in Prague. The trip involved at least one tour everyday and five countries.
I was so happy to have Brenda's help. She made sure that all of our information was correct when making the reservations. AND, she checked with my sister and I at least two or three times in the months leading up to the actual trip. She was making sure that our names matched what is on our passports and that our passport numbers and everything were correct. She caught that the date I had given for my sister's passport expiration was wrong - and fixed it.
Any trip she can help me out with in my future, I will definitely be using Brenda. She is very detail-oriented, and attentive.

I am traveling to Disneyland in September for their Half Marathon Weekend. This is a very busy time because there are thousands of people there for the races and thousands more for Labor Day. During the last Half Marathon Weekend, they sold out of reservations for both parks leaving thousands of runners unable to enjoy a single day in the park. I contacted Brenda to help with our travel, and not only did she purchase our Disneyland tickets, but she secured our reservations for the parks. This was a huge load off my shoulders. It was honestly my biggest concern for this trip. She understood my concerns and made sure she had all of the correct information by double and triple-checking the details I provided. I didn't have to lift a finger. Brenda had it all under control. I can't thank her enough for taking the stress out of planning a vacation. Brenda, you are amazing! Thank you for handling our vacation like it was your own.

Brenda was awesome to work with and was able to get us a cheaper rate for our hotel. Within walking distance to our event which helped so much. Hotel was clean. And details about parking expenses were all explained up front, so we knew what to expect. Was a great trip !

This was one of the best planned trips to Disneyland we have had , thanks to Brenda Knapik. It was such a weight lifted off my shoulder having someone else plan the entire trip. She went above and beyond researching options to get best vantage point to view World of Color in Disney California Adventure.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brenda planning my trip to Disneyland. Brenda's knowledge of the Disney Parks was such a huge help in locating the perfect hotel conveniently located within walking distance to the park. We were also looking for the perfect place to dine at Disneyland, and the reservation she booked for us at Storytellers did not disappoint. The food was amazing. Brenda took care of our Disneyland Park and assisting us with the required park reservations. From start to finish, Brenda was so patient and pleasant. She took the time to ask a lot of questions, and I really felt like she was taking the same care in planning our vacation as she would her own. I was so impressed that she followed up on our reservations with the hotel before we checked in. Brenda is a gem. Thank you so much for helping me plan the perfect vacation.

Brenda was amazing. She was very detailed with getting us the information we needed for our trip. We had a few airline delays (which was not booked through her) but Brenda helped us with the transportation and hotel changes that were needed due to the airlines having issues. She answered all my questions. Brenda also anticipated things that I didn't think of. Like the lack of internet. She printed all my confirmations so I would have them available.

Brenda is a great travel agent. She loves travel and gets all of the details from you and finds the best deal for your trip. With about a month’s notice she got us a hotel close to Disneyland and tickets for the weekend before thanksgiving. She followed through on plans, was available to assist and researched things we asked. She even walked us through the Disney app to be sure we understood how to use it and make our park reservations. I highly recommend her, and you will share conversations with someone who is equally as excited as you are about the trip.

Brenda was amazing from start to end in helping us plan the perfect Disneyland trip for my 13 year old first timer! It was a Christmas present and it produced non stop smiles and memories to last a lifetime! Brenda was very detailed and took an active interest in tailoring our trip so each of us enjoyed it. She stayed in constant contact with us throughout the process and was extremely knowledgeable about the park, hotel, and all associated accommodations and amenities. Brenda is an amazing travel agent! She was there for us through the whole process and helped with any questions that we had. My mother is handicapped and she helped my parents arrange for transfers to and from the port and a hotel room and the scooter that she used on the ship. Everything went very smooth. You can tell that Brenda loves what she does and loves to help people. We had one minor hiccup on our cruise that was absolutely no fault to Brenda, but when I contacted her she jumped right in and made a phone call to DCL. We knew we were in great hands but honestly she is exceptional.
